Endowment Committee
Donations are accepted at any time from anyone for the Endowment Fund. Memorials and special occasions such as baptisms, weddings, and anniversaries are great opportunities to honor someone with a donation.
WHAT DOES THIS COMMITTEE DO?
- We manage the funds we receive.
- We invest the money into our Thrivent accounts.
- We give 3-5% of what we make for the year to applicants.
HOW IS THE MONEY GIVEN OUT?
We accept applications for restricted and unrestricted funds.
WHAT ARE RESTRICTED AND UNRESTRICTED FUNDS?
- Restricted - members of St. Paul who are attending a Lutheran school, preschool through college can receive funds.
- New church building projects, renovations, or property acquisitions.
- Unrestricted - other church projects and programs.
- Further growth of your church mission and ministry.
